The combination of the field of physical movement/ biokinetics and that of a data informed design approach allows for a unique business offering, benefiting not only a school’s competitive advantage but also that of the parents and children.

Rachel and Whitney are both qualified professionals within their respective fields, with a keen interest in childhood development.

Rachel has an honours degree in Biokinetics, whose primary function is to improve physical functioning and health care through exercise. Rachel specialises in testing gross motor skills. She can highlight problem areas in children and subsequently develop age appropriate physical activity programmes.

Whitney has a masters degree in Interior Architecture specialising in understanding how space influences human behaviour. Whitney applies her knowledge through a data informed design approach which is conducted throughout the KIDS COLLAB designed environments, programmes and products
